Dr. James G. Liston, O.D.
Dr. Liston was born in Illinois and attended Arizona State University before receiving his Bachelor of Visual Science and Doctor of Optometry from the Southern California College of Optometry in 1989. While attending college Dr. Liston also earned his commercial and instrument rated pilot's license. Dr. Liston is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Arizona Optometric Association and the BSK International Optometric Honor Society.
Dr. Liston has been in practice in Tucson since 1990 and enjoys providing quality optometric care. When not working Dr. Liston enjoys running, horseback riding and exploring Arizona and the Southwest.

Donna Dunham, Optician
Donna came into the world of optics in 1972 when she took a job with a national wholesale optical laboratory. She found the field to be an exciting arena for learning. In 1980, Donna took a leap from wholesale to retail to better serve her love of people and continued desire for education. After a three year apprenticeship in dispensing, she became an Arizona licensed optician in 1984. Donna has continued to find the field of Optometry a place for growth and service and enjoys helping each patient find their "perfect" pair of glasses. She is originally from St. Louis, Missouri. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, friends and four legged housemates.
Julie Ruelas, Optician
Julie became interested in the field of optometry 27 years ago when she started tinting lenses for a wholesale lab here in Tucson. Julie has experience in several areas including surface and benchwork. Also, working with contact lenses and dispensing of eyeglasses. She enjoys working with people, and likes nothing more than seeing a smile on their face when dispensing a new pair of glasses. Julie grew up in Tucson. She now lives in Sonoita with her husband. When not working, Julie loves spending time with her family.
Leann, Optician
Leann started working in the optical field in 1969 in the finish lab, later worked in the surfacing lab for a short time. She then went into fitting and dispensing of eyewear. She also enjoys working with patients doing contact lens training. Leann is now billing insurance. Her favorite pastime is going to the golf course with her husband.
Chanelle, Optometric Tech
Chanelle has been working in our office since the summer of 2008. Some of her duties include pretesting patients, scheduling examinations and helping with the general flow of the office. Chanelle is knowledgeable and works extensively with contact lenses. She also helps with the integration of new technologies into the practice. Chanelle enjoys music and spending time at the dunes with her friends and family.
